This collaboration between NOVA Homebrew Club members and Old Ox is a very special beer…because it represents the fantastic partnership between Old Ox and the NOVA Homebrew Club that has been part of the Old Ox story since before we opened our doors.

The recipe for this beer comes from Homebrew Club member Jim Wolfe, who is partial to dark, malt forward beers. First produced on his homebrew system, he shared it with the Club and it became their choice for a collaboration brew in the Old Ox Middleburg brewhouse. Enjoy the floral, cherry and clove notes with a hint of sweetness. ABV: 8.2%.  (Jim recommends pairing it with heavier foods like BBQ or steak or experimenting with desserts…take home a crowler!)
